Lactation Services
As an Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice (ALPP) Certified Lactation Counselor, I provide compassionate, evidence-based support to help families feel confident and supported throughout their breastfeeding journey. Whether you are preparing to breastfeed for the first time, navigating the early days postpartum, or facing unexpected feeding challenges, I am here to offer guidance, encouragement, and practical support tailored to your family’s unique needs.
I can help with positioning and latch support, understanding newborn feeding cues, establishing and maintaining milk supply, pumping guidance, bottle introduction, paced bottle feeding, and creating feeding routines that feel sustainable and nurturing. I also support families through common breastfeeding concerns such as nipple pain, engorgement, cluster feeding, oversupply, low milk supply concerns, and emotional stress surrounding feeding.
My approach is gentle, nonjudgmental, and centered around meeting parents where they are. I understand that feeding a baby can bring both beautiful moments and overwhelming emotions, and I strive to create a calm, reassuring environment where parents feel heard, informed, and empowered. My goal is not only to support infant feeding, but also to protect and nurture the emotional well-being of the entire family during the postpartum transition.
